Glaucoma is an eye disease that can create a loss of vision. When the intraocular pressure is too high for the health of the eye, it damages the optic never and this creates a visual field loss. The eye pressure is high in glaucoma patients because the drainage system, located in the outer layer of the eye and the iris is not working properly.
